ANNOUNCER
Mark Northall
Mark Northall is a highly decorated professional rodeo announcer, most recently named the 2024 IPRA Announcer of the Year. Originally from Northeast, Ohio, where he grew up riding and showing horses, he transitioned to the microphone nearly 20 years ago after a last minute cancellation at a show. He is known for announcing on horseback, which he describes as "the best seat in the house". He currently lives in New Market, TN, with his wife and children, but maintains a busy schedule traveling to over 40 venues and 120 performances annually. This includes the last four years with us here at the Gates County Rodeo. We would like to welcome him back for another year of great announcing and entertainment!
